fire was already knocked down, and there was just a smoke condition

reported 1 entrapped.  Crews began working the fire in the bitter cold
and had low water pressure issue that hampered fire efforts.   260
was initially assigned to vent the roof, however fire was already
showing.  Crews had a near miss at one point, as the roof started to
collapse with crews inside.  There were no firefighter or civilian
injuries, fire was under control in about 2 hours.
